Sunday School at Stroudsburg Islamic Center

The Stroudsburg Islamic Center Sunday School provides a welcoming environment where children can learn, understand, and practice the teachings of the Holy Qur’an and Islam.

Classes are held every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, during the academic year from September through June.

What Students Learn

Our curriculum is designed to build a strong Islamic foundation and includes:

• Qur’an reading and understanding
• Islamic beliefs and teachings
• Seerah and Sunnah
• Prayer methods and manners
• Daily Duas and supplications
• Islamic character and manners
• Practical guidance for everyday life
• And much more

Encouraging Our Students

We believe in encouraging children throughout their Islamic learning journey. Students are recognized for their achievements through monthly recognition programs and at the completion of the academic year.

Regular parent-teacher meetings are also held to discuss students’ progress and work together to support their development.

Dedicated Teachers

Our teaching staff is trained in Islamic education and passionate about helping young Muslims develop a strong connection with their faith. We encourage our students to continue learning, practicing, and growing as confident Muslims.

A structured curriculum developed with the guidance of Islamic scholars and educators is used to support our students’ learning.

Registration & Fees

• Minimum Age: Children must be at least 5 years old to enroll.
• Monthly Tuition: $50 per child.
• Sibling Discounts: Discounts are available for families with more than one child enrolled.
